Lot cleanup clears a vacant or neglected property in Los Angeles down to open ground. Brush grows in fast, and people dump trash on empty parcels at night. We cut the overgrowth, pull what is scattered across the dirt, and load it into our trucks. The clearing and the hauling happen on the same job, so the lot is done when we leave.

Every vacant lot cleanup starts with what is actually on the ground. Brush and tall weeds get cut back and pulled out. Dead trees and limbs lying on the lot come out with the skid steer. Old fencing and scattered junk get loaded by hand and by machine.
We load as we clear, so the lot does not fill up with piles waiting on a truck. Green waste stays separate from trash, which keeps the dump fees down. When the lot needs dirt work after it is clear, that is grading and trenching. If a shed or old structure is still standing, we handle that as house demolition.
The City cites owners for an overgrown lot, and the notice comes with a date to fix it. In very high fire hazard severity zones, the LAFD sends an annual brush clearance notice. A lot cleanup answers both the same way, since both want the growth cut and the material gone. We handle brush removal on flat lots and on slopes, and the cuttings leave with us.
Selling the parcel or pulling permits runs on the same clearing. A clear lot shows a buyer what is really there, and it shows a surveyor the same. We do the lot clearing first and haul the debris off, so the next crew starts on open dirt. Photos of a cleared parcel also do more work in a listing than photos of brush.
Our truck yard sits in the South Bay, so most of these lots are a short run for us. We clear parcels in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and San Pedro, down through Long Beach.
