Southwest Hauling has run demolition and hauling in Los Angeles since 1994. Greg owns the company and runs three crews out of our South Bay truck yard, with our own trucks and skid steers. Construction debris removal covers the mixed pile a build leaves behind. Framing lumber and cut-offs, drywall scrap and dust bags, roofing tear-off, tile, old cabinets, countertops, sinks, tubs, doors, windows, flooring, and the pallets and packaging that come with new material. Renovation debris from a kitchen or bath gut goes out the same way.
Our crews hand-load what fits and use skid steers where the site allows. We work around trades still on site so the job keeps moving. If your project also needs walls opened up or slab broken out, that is interior demolition and concrete removal, both separate services we run with the same crews.
No, and it matters before you book. Post construction cleanup here means debris: we haul the material out and clear the site so it is safe and open to walk. We do not do interior detail cleaning. No dusting of trim and ledges, no window washing, no floor polish or final wipe-down before handover.
Most builders bring a cleaning crew in after us, once the bulk is gone. That order works better anyway, since detail cleaning is wasted while stacks of drywall are still coming out. Jobsite cleanup is the part we own, and we do it with trucks and labor.
