Interior demolition removes the inside of a building in Los Angeles while the structure stays standing. We take out kitchens, bathrooms, walls, flooring and ceilings, down to bare studs when the plan calls for it. Anything that stays gets covered before a tool comes out, from wood floors to the front walkway. The debris comes out by hand, room by room, and leaves on our own trucks.
Greg started this company in 1994 and still runs the jobs himself, on site. We run three crews out of a truck yard in the South Bay, with our own trucks and skid steers. For twenty years we held City of Los Angeles contracts on foreclosed and abandoned properties. The line painted on our trucks since the nineties still fits: It's All About Service.

Most of our work happens in houses people still live in, or plan to move back into after the remodel. A full strip out takes a room back to bare studs and subfloor. Cabinets, tile, drywall and trim come out in pieces small enough to carry, over floors we cover first. If the whole structure is coming down instead, that job is house demolition, and we do that too.
Selective demolition means we cut only what the plan calls for, and we stop at the line. Your contractor or designer marks the walls, and we open them without chewing up the finishes beside them. We check for wiring and pipe before the saw goes in, and stop when something looks live. Crews sign NDAs on high-profile homes, so quiet work and no talk about the job is normal for us.
Interior work usually needs a permit from LADBS, and your contractor pulls it along with the remodel plans. Pulling cabinets or a non-bearing wall carries lighter paperwork than opening up structure does. Removing a bearing wall gets reviewed by the city before anyone swings a hammer. We work with whoever holds the permit, and we start the day the paperwork is in hand.
Older buildings need an asbestos survey before demolition work starts, and that comes up often in Los Angeles houses. Old floor tile, mastic, popcorn ceilings and duct wrap are the common places it hides. If the survey finds asbestos, South Coast AQMD has to be notified and a licensed abatement crew handles removal. We schedule our part around that so your remodel keeps its start date.
Our trucks run the Westside every week: Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades. We did cleanup work in the Palisades after the fire, and our crews still run that side of town. Our yard sits in the South Bay, which puts Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and San Pedro close. We take jobs down to Long Beach, and the full list is on our service areas page.
Estimates are free, and Greg comes out to look at the space himself before we quote. Call 310-546-4855 and tell us what is coming out and how the house sits on the lot. We check truck access and the path our crews will use to carry the debris out. Then you get a price and a start date your remodel crew can build around.

Tell us what needs to come down, come out or get hauled off. A few photos help. We cover the Westside and South Bay, Beverly Hills to Long Beach.
The owner prices the job at the property, free. He checks the structure, the access and where the trucks will sit, then gives you one number for the whole job.
Three crews, our own trucks and skid steers. The teardown, the loading and the hauling stay with one company, so the schedule holds.
Debris goes out on our trucks to licensed facilities. We sweep the street, clear the drive and leave the property ready for whatever comes next.

Our own trucks and skid steers do the loading and the hauling. Debris leaves on our schedule, not a bin company's. The teardown and the haul-off are one job and one price.
Twenty years of City of Los Angeles contracts clearing foreclosed and vacant properties. That work runs on deadlines and documentation, and the habit stuck. Sites get finished, not abandoned.
Much of our work sits behind gates on the Westside, and NDAs are routine. Crews park where you say, keep the site tidy and do not talk about whose property they are on.
