We work the Westside and South Bay of Los Angeles: Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and down to Long Beach. Our truck yard is in the South Bay, so most jobs are a short run. If you are not sure you are in range, call and ask.
What services do you offer?
Demolition and hauling, start to finish. We tear down houses and garages, gut interiors for remodels, break out concrete, haul junk and debris, clear out whole properties, clean up lots and construction sites, and rough grade the ground when the teardown is done. Our own trucks carry everything off.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Southwest Hauling has held California contractor license #792182 for decades, and we carry insurance. The license number is painted on our truck doors along with the phone number. It has been that way since the 90s, with the same slogan: It's All About Service.
How much will my job cost?
Every job gets priced in person, free. The number comes from the size of the job, the debris weight, the access and the disposal fees. A quote over the phone would be a guess, so we come look instead. Call (310) 546-4855 and we will set a time.
Do you work on high-end and private properties?
All the time. Much of our work is on the Westside, and plenty of it runs under an NDA. Our crews keep the site clean, keep the noise down, and do not talk about whose property they are on. We never name clients, and that is a big reason they keep calling.
Do you handle commercial or city work?
Our focus is residential work between city contracts. We spent 20 years clearing foreclosed, vacant and abandoned properties for the City of Los Angeles, and we still take select contract and commercial jobs. If you manage properties or bid city work, call and tell us what you have.
How fast can you get a crew out?
Usually within a few days, and often sooner for the Westside and South Bay. We run three crews out of our South Bay yard, so scheduling has some give. Tell us the job and the access when you call, and we will give you a real date, not a window that slides.
